Rahm and Harry has met before. Back when he was just opening/starting his P.I. biz, he was hired as a joke to investigate the strange things that were happening in White House.

Yeah, I know it wouldn't be very likely in the mob, but if anyone could make it happen, it's Marcone. Marcone has always been female, but Gentleman Johnny (What? She'd like you to know that a lady can be a gentleman.) is pretty much the same person with the same job that we know from the books. Harry, however, given his very gendered worldview, reacts to her differently. How and why? My money is on his brain being even more broken by lady!Marcone than the male version.
