Maybe it's Lara's birthday and Harry feels awkward since it's his half sister and makes her a chocolate cake. Lara is VERY appreciative and decides to show how much she likes it. And gets to teach her half brother something new at the same time.
Lara's not Harry's half-sister. They share a half-brother, but on opposite halves. Their only link is through Thomas. There's a hint of pseudo-incest there, but no actual incest.
