During the Summer, WinterKnight!Dresden's pretty damn useful. Especially if you don't want your ice cream to melt, keeping the pool cool, or if you're cuddling up to him or doing...other things.
However the the Winter, you do feel the chill, but what's harder is to make him feel warm since he can't feel much.
