Oddly enough, this idea is brought up in the RPG books. Baltimore apparently has a coffee shop as its McAnally's-analogue and the person who runs it has minor talent in the Art and I think is even called a coffeemancer (or something similar?).
In other news, I'm writing bakery-coffee shop AU. Not exactly what you're looking for, anon, but if no one else fills this, there's that?
