I don't know why, but I just had this idea of Harry getting increasingly frustrated/freaked out with someone who continues to call him at late hours of the night and is either a deep breather or saying dirty perverted things to him in a disguised voice. Up to author to decide if Harry manages to identify the person and if they are actually interested in Harry or just fucking with him:)
