They have sex but not much more at all it seems. Marcone is jealous and increasingly bitter bout Harry's friends who get intimacy freely(or at least get more of it then he ever will).
Up to authornon if it is unrequited love or if Harry actually have been saying that he cares, just in a way that Marcone haven't been getting.
