Due to the discussions about Lex and Clark and Harry and Marcone, and other stuff ongoing:

Can I have fic where some minor practitioner who works for Marcone decides to do him a favor, and makes him a baby who is half Dresden and half Marcone? And Marcone doesn't find out about it until the baby is already born, whereupon he adopts the baby and destroys all the evidence, and then shows up shortly thereafter with a baby that he says is his and all the papers in order, and doesn't tell anyone who the real mother is, and goes on to become the world's most terrifyingly efficient single father?
