Harry's from Chicago? I know he traveled a bit with his dad as a child, but I wasn't aware that canon states his origins, or where he lived with Justin.

That explains why he chooses to work there, though...

Eh. It's unclear. He traveled with his dad until he was six, then was in Chicago orphanages until Justin. Now, I assume Justin is Chicago-based as well because no alternative makes much sense to me. It's possible Justin was based out of some rural place as the graphic novels seem to imply but the graphic novels also got a lot of stuff wrong, so.

I don't think actually have a canon 'from' for Harry, or a canon 'where he lived with Justin,' just that after leaving Eb and Hog Hollow when he was 19, Harry roamed around for a while before winding up in Chicago.

Personally, I don't think he lived in Chicago with Justin (I tend to see an old house at the edge of a small rural township) but that's all me and my fanon. Justin-in-Chicago is another all fanon thing.

Honest to god, next time Jimmy B's on Twitter, I'm going to ask him about it.

Please do--I like having background to work with, and the vagueness of Harry's beginnings makes me twitch sometimes.
