Somehow, something happens to Harry, and Marcone gets stuck looking over his faery folk until his return. However, the fae being the fae, at some point realize that Marcone is not only interested in courting Harry, but decide that he is in fact the perfect match for him, and matchmaking conspiracies ensue. Now Harry and Marcone are both equally confused by mixed signals they think are being sent by the other.

Ex: Who the hell left rose petals on the bed? Could it have been Harry? or There's a box of chocolates in my mailbox. Did John get them for me?

But, obviously, it the fae:) Those sneaky rascals.
