Hmmm...I guess that depends on how fusion-y you want to get. I favor the random thought that John Marcone is his civilian name, but that even that isn't his real name. He invented a new identity for himself after his parents' murders. And he could still be Batman. Because Batman is cool. :D

I vote for keeping it in Chicago! But can any other city be as fucked up as Gotham?
